Hi! I’m Elena! I joined F4M after my first baby boy, (now almost a year) was born. As a FTM and a lifelong lover of the outdoors, F4M provided the perfect space to maintain my sense of self while stepping into the role of new mom. With a passion to stay healthy and fit, and a need for a community of mamas, F4M became a staple in my weekly routine with my son. I now am an instructor for Stroller 360 at the beach and love bringing mamas and littles together to get outside, sweat and connect with one another, on whatever stage of their journey they are on!
