Hi. My name is Heidi Shoemaker. I have always loved the idea of fitness classes but had struggled to find a workout that worked for me. Then, I joined Fit4mom Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley when my son was 8 weeks old. It is a great workout, but more than that, it is an amazing community. I am now a Stroller Strides instructor. I hope to continue to grow the community and provide enjoyable exercise. In my free time, you will find me with my two kids hanging out at the beach or discovering local parks and restaurants.
