A delicious summer treat!
Ingredients
Before making this recipe, wash and cube the watermelon. Then freeze.
- 2 1/2 cups frozen cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup sliced overripe banana
Directions
Add watermelon and banana to a food processor or blender*.
It will be done once it is like a puree.
Serve!
If you'd like a firmer gelato, transfer to the freezer for an hour.
*If you are using a blender, make sure that you use high speed.
